Mine was there 2-3 days after notice. A friend of mine got his today and his notice was Tuesday

btw, my second one was missing the screw inserts for the fishing rod holder attachment....no biggy...I will likely never need it....just an FYI.

Ordered on 3/21. Emailed on Monday 4/25. Received shipping notice on 4/28. Ordered a Maroon 45 and a Maroon 75. Now we see how long to get here.
Item still hasn't been picked up by UPS. Seems odd the label was created Thursday 4/28 and the item still hasn't shipped. Sure seems like UPS could have picked up today, being its 2 business days since label was created...

I got my second ATM 20 qt for my son and ordered 2 rod holders also,well the lid is lacking the inserts also an there are no bolts for the 2 rod holders,which are nice by the way. I really dont want to drill holes in a perfectly good lid to bolt on the holder in the 2nd cooler. And they didn't send the ATM decal. Emailed yesterday,awaiting reply. Not happy.
So UPS is updating now, delivery expected tomorrow EOD.
Cooler is awesome, first impressions are highly favorable. No ice test yet.
My office reports that mine arrived and appears to be of good quality. I am in Scotland so a test will have to wait for my return.

Sharpie. Its not all that good up close.
I went Sharpie too. I may try and paint it with Plasti Dip at some point, but, looks way better than a big red pimple either way
My 45 and 75 showed up today 5/6. Took from 4-28 to 5/3 to be picked up and shipped. No ice yet, but worth the price and wait. Will built. Really like the seal. May try to find some black plasti dip paint as mentioned above and fix the big red zits. Probably ordering a few more, before price goes up.
PlastiDip might work. Looks like a simple job to disassemble the pimple.
so are they just sold out of everything or did they get shut down?
10 days of calling an a automated system says the agents cant talk now leave number,left number 6 times emailed 3 times an got automated resonse email ticket saying I would be contacted in 24 hours for each , no response on my complaint on my 2nd order , 1st was great. But no response after all this they are likely out of business . Extremly dissapointed in customer service

They probably did not plan for the volume of orders they received. I'm hoping that they are just overloaded with orders right now. While it isn't the best plan business wise I can understand just going MIA when they are overloaded and don't have an answer as to when the items will be delivered. Wish they would just make an announcement as to what's going on. I can understand production difficulty keeping up with demand.

I'm curious about this company too. The tumblers look pretty neat. At this point I'm guessing they ran out of money but maybe they just haven't been prepared for the volume or maybe something else like somebody died or is sick? It's a small company, who knows
So found a guy on Facebook that actually got an update from someone at Kuer. This kind of goes to what I thought in that they are just massively overwhelmed with orders and didn't expect as large of demand. TEXAGS broke kuer
Just an update folks, after 72 days I have a UPS shipping number. My concern was they were out of business; they are not. Apparently they are just overwhelmed. 2/3 rds. of my order is being shipped. The tumblers will be shipped next month. I think they could silence a lot of the criticism if they would make a public statement on Facebook or their webpage explaining the delays.

Them being overwhelmed and swamped with orders is why they listed all coolers as sold out they aren't taking any new orders until all current orders are filled

yeah I think they are such a small family business that they just have literally all hands on deck filling orders as they get coolers.
If they sold nearly as many as RTIC did then they'll be back ordered for a long time.
Also, company called Atlas Coolers has the same cups, a good friend of mine went to school with the owner.

Hopefully this is the case (them being overwhelmed), as my 75 is pretty dang good quality. Have my first 20# bag of ice in it right now, back of the truck in the pouring rain. Not expecting too much since a 75 swallows the bag and there is alot of dead space, but interested to see how it lasts until I need the ice later this evening
Anyone know if these guys are still in business? I went to order another Maroon 75 and saw they are still sold out. Then went to their FB page and no new posts since March
