GTA V on X

Satisfactory. I just had to build a few extra power plants so I could use the Particle Accelerator without blowing a fuse.

Baldurs Gate 3. Kicking my ass.

BO6 Ranked Play.

I've played every COD semi-seriously (Diamond level). I usually fire it up between work calls for a few games.

This game is awful and I think I'm done. Same dumb maps over-and-over. GA'd the sniper again. The omni-movement is terrible. It's a garbage game and I need to put the controller down more anyways.

Try playing as the non-binary character. That should fix it.

Just got done with Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown after picking it up for like 17 bucks on the estore. I really liked it and well worth the money.

STALKER 2. It's good, but very buggy. First big 11GB patch came out today. Apparently Im the only one on texags playing this game as my game thread is dry as a bone.

If you like Escape from Tarkov or any of the other cheeki-breeki russian games, fallout, or any other post apocolyptic games, you'd love it -- but it requires very beefy hardware.

You might only play this one if you are curious and have xbox game pass because in it's current state, it might not be worth $60, however, im sure it will eventually turn out like cyberpunk where it turns into a solid game. It's a small Ukrainian studio who have made an incredible game that might have been a little rushed and not complete.

I can forgive them for this, as sadly one of the developers of the game died at the Battle of Bakhmut in defense of Ukraine against the Russian invasion.

Been playing Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration a lot lately. It's basically an interactive coffee table book full of history, game art, interviews, and of course, the games that made Atari who it was in the 70s and 80s. I got the dlc that goes into some of the later stuff with some Lynx and Jaguar games but I haven't gone that far yet. Definitely worth poking thru when it's on sale and tons of fun just busting out Asteroids and calling out your kids to go head to head in Combat(Tanks with bouncy bullets!)

it is on my list, but figured would wait for a patch or two to fix up some of the bugs. Apparently there is (was?) a bad one that crashed the game and lost your progress.

Haven't tried BO6 but the insane movement with people sliding all over the place doesn't look fun or interesting to me. Might give DMZ another shot.

I have fond memories of the DMZ play, but I'm not sure I can get back into the gameplay.

My group was kinda slowing down leading into BO6 and now I don't we've played since it came out. The movement thing is ridiculous.

I've updated Old School RuneScape to Old School RuneScape Leagues V: Raging Echoes. These Leagues events they do every year are great.

Another 21G patch dropped this week, on top of the 11GB patch last week.

This one specifically fixed the bug that you were referencing that wipes out your save progress.

Fixes are coming, but damn this thing is at nearly 180GB at this point.

I'm almost done with it, I think. This is the longest it's taken me to get through a game since Red Dead 2.

This Indiana Jones game is getting some good reviews. Might have to purchase. Haven't played anything new in a while.

I bought BO6, went through the movement tutorial and haven't played it again. Our group was slowing down in it anyways. I'm sure we'll pick it back up next year when they re-release Verdansk.

I'm still playing Rocket League all the time. Great game in between Teams calls.

Indiana Jones is fantastic.

Anyone ever play Quantum Break? It's on GamePass and has amazing reviews and looks unique with a combo of live action movie and game with semi-well known actors.

I've played it too.

The first computer I ever used was an Atari 800XL that my grandfather bought back when I was a toddler.

Not on PS5 until Spring 2025.

Oh great news. It still can delete your save. People have figured out how to retrieve theirs, but I couldnt figure out how to do it. 17h down the drain, I guess.

I really like the game and want to play it, but not sure if i want to start over.

Indiana Jones is peak so far.

Started Hogwarts Legacy this weekend as it is on sale for $15. Really solid gameplay, fantastic graphics, and good voice-overs. Very impressed!
