The battlepass is obviously front loaded, XP wise. Your progression will start to rapidly taper off as the higher levels have higher XP requirements.
I think he was talking about character levelRule Number 32 said:
Is it? I thought it was just 10 stars per level all the way to 100? I didnt do the battlepass in season 2, so if thats the case then yeah it will definitely be more difficult.
You can play both, but for me Fortnite is more fun with friends and PUBG more fun alone. The Shank Ag said:
Haven't picked it up yet but love PUBG. Been told its basically the same, though you can build barriers in Fortnite and that it's a little more cartoonish. Is it worth making the hop between games?
Best way to get the sniper is as Rasher stated earlier. The difficult part is getting your hands on a sniper rifle.Rule Number 32 said:
Ha yeah I was watching DrDisRespect play yesterday afternoon and didnt know about the Solid gold mode. I was like what in the hell is with his luck. He landed and found a golden desert eagle, then a golden AR. Finally when he killed someone and that guy dropped 3 gold guns I started to put it together.
I didnt have a chance to play that mode last night but it seems like fun. I've enjoyed testing out the new modes that they make available.
Still havent finished my 2 sniper rifle kills for the first week's battle pass. Anyone know if the battle pass weekly challenges are going to close tomorrow or stay open? I hadnt seen it listed for sure anywhere.
In response to pubg vs fortnite, Fort is definitely quicker games, which I enjoy since I have 2 kiddos that like to interrupt games if they take too long.
Can someone confirm if unfinished challenges carry over? I finished all of last weeks so I'm not certain. However, I'm getting tired of wasting a game jumping into Wailing Woods trying to get a chest.TexAgsAnon said:
All weekly challenges will remain open all season.
Also, the bug where the weapon you use to kill someone is the one that counts is back, i.e. if you down a guy with a shotgun, he's crawling, and you finish him with a sniper, you get a sniper kill credit for your challenges. Makes it supremely easy.
This also works if you down a player, and a squadmate kills them for you. Whatever weapon they use to do it counts as if YOU killed the downed player with it.
you have until the end of the season to finish the challenges. so you could wait a week or more on wailing woods and let it thin out if you are patient enough.Quote:

don't forget that PS4 can cross play with PC players if you set up an epic account and link your PS4 tag to it.FormerLefty said:
I copied and pasted this to page 1 (post 4). I can move it if millertyme is here to edit his op.

We're happy to announce today that in partnership with our friends at Microsoft, Fortnite will feature cross-play, cross-progression, and cross-purchase, between Xbox One, PC, Mac, iOS and (in the next few months) Android.
no, you'd be fine.Farmer @ Johnsongrass, TX said:
Please - Need advice.
If I download Fortnite onto my PC are there risks of virus, trojans, worms, etc.? I run Avira anti-virus software.
I do online banking and investment transactions on this PC.
The game is for my son and I have no interest in it.
If it would be safer to install the game on an xBox or PS4 I'd be interested in knowing. We do not own an xBox or PS4, but I'd buy one if there is any expressed concern about the downloading of this game.
I appreciate your advice/help in advance.
