Figured it might be nice to have if anyone wants feedback on their drafts.

Draft one in the books - a buddy invited me to join his home league...had the 1.09 and they let Ja'Marr fall to me. Really odd draft. A bit light at RB, but very strong everywhere else. I got Kraft in the tenth because the value was just so good there, figure I can flip him to upgrade at RB down the line. For those drafting on ESPN, the ADP/Ranks are really odd and give you nice opportunities to get value.

QB: Lamar
RB: Breece Hall
RB: TreyVeon Henderson
WR: Ja'Marr Chase
WR: Justin Jefferson
TE: Brock Bowers
FLEX: Zay Flowers
FLEX: Parker Washington
D/ST: Jaguars
K: Tbd

Bench: Rico Dowdle, Tucker Kraft, Jordan Addison, KC Concepcion, Jordan Mason, Jacory Croskey-Merrit, Zach Charbonnet

ETA: IR'd Charbs, gonna grab Jordyn Tyson and IR him too and grab a couple more bench RBs

12 team 1/2 PPR

Not happy with this team but picking at #4 was TOUGH. I didn't want to take CMC and figured rather than reach for a RB Puka was the best choice. By my turn at 2.09 the only two RBs wort considering were Javonte Williams and Kyren so again thought it best to take Nabers instead of reaching for one of them. At that point I was going zero RB and snagged Allen in the 3rd.

Josh Allen
David Montgomery
Jonathon Brooks
Puka
Nabers
Juwan Johnson
Tee Higgins
MIN
Loop

Bench - Christian Watson, Blake Corum, Jordan Mason, Woody Marks, Kashon Boutte, Malik Washington, Isiah Likely

RB and TE hurt a bit, but I honestly don't hate it. Josh Allen gives you a big time positional advantage, your starting WRs are likely the best in your league and Christian Watson has a ton of hype...you could potentially move him or Tee to upgrade at RB in a few weeks.

I got a feeling you're gonna be playing Mason over Henderson eventually. Not hearing good things from Pats camp. Good job getting Lamar though. I'm hoping I can get him. The new offense may be totally his style

Yeah, I was not stoked about TreyVeon...figured he could be serviceable since everything else is pretty great.

0ppr league and drafted two weeks ago which was wild having it that early.

Drafted 7th in ten. In either going to win the league or get dead last

I'm in the same boat as you. Picking #5 in a PPR, one keeper league where I know at least 4 RBs are being kept. Which means RB will be at a premium early. . 1-4 I'm relatively sure will go Gibbs/Bijan/Chase/Puka. Which leaves me with Taylor, JSN or McCaffrey. CMC scares the hell out of me. Taylor seems like a pretty obvious pick but he's so hit or miss (scored 12 of his 15 rushing TD last year in 4 games. Only 3 the rest of the season. Yeesh……)
BUT if I make the safe pick with JSN then prob the best I can get in rd 2 is Kyren who you pretty much HAVE to handcuff with Corum, Breece Hall (Jets, yuck), Jeremiah Love or Montgomery. Those are tough picks in rd 2.

Do you just roll the dice with CMC again? If he hits, he pays off big time. I rolled the dice with him last year and won. But this is his "hurt year" don't ya think?

Very solid imo. That whole thing hinges on CMC staying on the field. Love the Stribling pick. He will be the niners WR1 sooner than later

3 TE seems to be a little overkill. Might want to roll one of those over into some CMC insurance

I would rather gamble on Taylor over CMC and at pick 5 with Puka off the board I'd be OK with that.

But yeah I like the strategy of doubling up on RB in the first 2 picks. There's enough value in rounds 3-5 to get a solid set of WRs to pair along with your double up on RBs. I was planning on one of Henry, Walker, or Jeanty being available but they were all gone.

I'd pass on Kyren but if Jeanty falls he would be a nice snag in the 2nd or Javonte as your RB2 is a bit of a reach but that would work.

Agreed I've got waiver wire picks in already for cmc handcuff just hasn't done through.

Autodraft at the end killed me for last 2 picks

Thomas? You mean Taylor right?
The thing I like about possibly going w Taylor is I can turn around and generally get an AJ Brown or Olave or Pickens or possibly London (who I freaking LOVE if Penix is QB) in rd 2 and then should have no problem getting Montgomery or Kyren or if I'm lucky, Jeanty or Hampton in rd 3

I absolutely love Javonte this year but unfortunately he's one of the keepers

Yeah Taylor

I'd rather gamble on him instead of CMC

Was already discussing possibly moving Watson for Jadarian Price (wasn't super giddy about that offer but it was worth looking into) until it got redacted because some idiot offered him Devonta Smith for Price.

Yes...a rookie RB who hasn't taken a snap and drafted in the 5th round of our draft was traded for Devonta Smith.

Wild someone got Smitty for Price.

I keep reading Holani is supposed to factor in there and obviously Charbs comes back at some point...I feel like that will be a frustrating committee like it was last year.

the #4 spot is tough

had the same situation -- took Puka over CMC and ended up with an RB zero draft

great WR's with Puka, Nico, and Nabers. RB1 is Swift

Will rotate at RB2 among Warren, Chuba, Harvey, and Lloyd

4th is a bad spot if you dont want CMC. You end up having to forgo all the juicy WR upside in the middle rounds to try and piece together enough RBs. Swift is still really good value though.

Where do we think Marshawn Lloyd should land?

His ADP is still around 130-140 on Sleeper...I see some people saying he should go around where Jadarian Price gets picked.

Seems like he is athletic, but there are real injury concerns there...six carries in two NFL seasons.

Yup...Right there in the RB dead zone. At least the RB1 dead zone.

My approach was just do the best I could but also not completely forgo the juicy WRs and stock up hoping to trade one for a RB down the line.

My guess is the 6-8 range. I think it's definitely an upside swing with real risk involved. I took him the day before the Jacobs fallout in the 13th. He's pretty much an unknown asset that could be anywhere from great to bad.

With the injury stuff I think there may be some reason for optimism. Apparently he went to a top specialist in the offseason who worked with him to correct some overcompensations he had developed following an ACL injury. They think that has been leading to the soft tissue injuries he's dealt with the last few years.

Auction league, 12 teamer full ppr. Went a little over my budget amount for Gibbs and had to adjust other slots…honestly think I could have slotted a Mcconkey replacement and not fallen off that much and have a better bench. Either way:

Dak
Gibbs
Etienne
Pickens
Waddle
Mcconkey (flex)
Likely
Kicker
Chargers d

Bench:
Dowdle
Pacheco
Rodriguez jr
Roschon White
Coker
Wicks

I like it a lot

Pickens, Waddle, and McConkey seem like decent floor guys with big ceiling potential. Not as high on Etienne but Gibbs will carry the RBs and you've got some nice breakout RBs on your bench with Dowdle and White so I think you're good there.

Are any of these guys worth adding as FAs over keeping Kashon Boutte?

Cyrus Allen
Jakobi Lane
Adonai Mitchell

Trying to get ahead and scoop up a valuable stash before I have to get into an FAAB bidding war.

But Boutte is the only droppable asset I have so not sure who's more valuable.

How'd I do?

12 team PPR, I had the 9th pick:

Justin Jefferson
Kenneth Walker
Breece Hall
Travis Etienne

Courtland Sutton
Brock Purdy
Dallas Goedert
De'Zhaun Stribling
KC Concepcion
Mark Andrews
Tyler Shough
Alvin Kamara

What other TEs went undrafted? I personally would rather have a flier on a TE then Cam Ward. I guess you have 2 already.

Really good draft assuming only start 2 WR.
AggieNiebs
How long do you want to ignore this user?

Yes, 2 WR squad.

I only grabbed Ward cause I love Shough, but he has the same bye as Purdy.... and the QB board was empty....

still some TEs on waivers such as Strange and Shultz.

I think of all those guys Adonai Mitchell is the highest upside guy. This may be a hot take but he has all the tools necessary to be a WR1, his biggest issue is mental/discipline.

Lane would be my next pick. He could end up as their WR2 and he's has some upside as their redzone target.

Just finished up my draft for the work league. 10-team Full PPR, drafted at 1.05. Start: QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/TE/Flex/K/DST, 6 Bench, 1 IR. Draft was fine, only screw up was passing on Bowers in the 3rd to take Loveland in the 4th, only to get sniped on Loveland. Also got sniped on Fannin, so had to go to Plan C at TE. Got sniped on Seattle DST, so will have to stream DST to start the season.

QB: Herbert
RB: Barkley, Swift, Lloyd, Corum, Croskey-Merritt, Charbonnet
WR: Smith-Njigba, Olave, Flowers, Burden
TE: Kittle, Kincaid
K: Aubrey
DST: Jacksonville

Once initial waivers pass, will IR Charbonnet and pickup another player.
