can we get real for a second
this franchise won't sniff a SB until Jerry is dead
What about this game, specifically, has anything to do with Jerry Jones?
Everything. He is the self-proclaimed GM. This is his team. His building. His culture. His coaches. His players. He wants his fingers in everything. And we have NEVER sniffed significant success ever since he ran off people who would challenge him.
Everybody would say the cowboys have a better roster than GB. The issue is that cowboys were completely outschemed and out clutched in this game. You could say having terrible coaches is on Jerry, but hopefully that is remedied because of this game.
1 playoff win in 3 seasons with 12 regular season wins is terrible.
How can you blame this on Jerry?
How can we blame the GM for a team that has 4 playoff wins in 27 seasons?
You really think Stephen is different?

Should we blame Jerry for the missed PAT?
Will McClay is serving in the GM role. Player acquisition has not been an isssue.William K. Klingaman said:Macarthur said:hebisnt the GM eitherWilliam K. Okay, who is, how long, and do you think the Joneses aren't in control of decisions?

And it had to be the fudgepackers.

Might as well have gone for two again.
Yep, last years draft class has really contributed this yearshack009 said:
Everybody who is smart understands the cowboys have killed the draft the past several years thanks to the Jones' giving up more power to Will McClay. The cowboys traded for cooks and Gilmore before the year for basically nothing. The GM office setup the coaches for max success this year.

Yep. Cowboys are cursed against the Packers, good or bad.
