J Williams currently does not have an injury designation in practice, which means he is trending towards playing this week. This is problematic for Swift, which is unfortunate given the Bears are a great matchup for RBs, but it is difficult to trust the split in RB touches in Detroit. Continue to keep an eye on J Williams status.

On that note, I was planning to start Swift this week, but am now pivoting to AJ Dillon over Swift. We will see if that changes before Sunday.

Hassan Haskins worth a gamble for tonight?

I have a whole host of unreliable RBs, the reason I'm in a consolation match and not the finals:
Dalvin Cook, Najee Harris, JK Dobbins, Jamaal Williams, Rachaad White, Latavius Murray... currently penciled in the first two as starters.

Lol, I don't even know what to tell you as all three are solid options. I think SF is the best defense overall from the three you have to choose from. Philly has the boost of playing at home while the other two are on the road. And if you play Dallas, you will have an early read as to where your total score is going to trend.

(I'm playing Schultz, Maher, and Dallas DST tonight, so I will know if I am off to a good start, or whether I will need a lot of help on Sunday.)

I heard on one of the fantasy football podcasts that starting Haskins is like starting Zack Moss for Indy. You are going to get the volume of touches, but they probably won't be efficient touches, so it comes down to whether or not he can score a TD. Definitely a roll of the dice if you play him over D Cook and Najee.

tough one.. Haskins is only assumed to have a major role; we haven't seen it yet... at least with Moss, you know he'll get 12-20 carries and probably stay on for passing down work, and while this one is on the road for Moss, look what Dalvin did vs the Giants last week. On the other hand, Haskins will have a tough match-up tonight with DAL's run D, but it's at home, and Malik Willis just can't throw to what's left of his WRs so you know they'll be depending on the run game with Hassan Haskins. You can find out tonight what you need this weekend if you throw a prayer out there and start Haskins tonight.

Just wanting to add how disappointed I am in Mark Andrews. The dude was amazing the first 6 weeks and has been JAG ever since. I'm still starting him this week since there are no other good options.

FYI, it's Josh Dobbs starting at QB tonight for the Titans, not Willis.

Josh Dobbs is starting for the #Titans, Tony Pollard is out for the #Cowboys and there are a lot of familiar faces not playing (though #Titans RB Derrick Henry will play next week, source said.)

I think Minshew, Sanders, Chark? I'm not super confident in those selections, but that is where I would lean.

Edit: I gave it a little more thought and I think you start Watson over Chark if he starts.

the Raiders still have Adams, Jacobs, and Carlson to score some points vs. SF

the Titans don't have any weapons like that

Andrews has been a disappointment.

it will be interesting to see if anyone with the #1 overall pick wins their league championship.

because players like Andrews and Mike Evans were very popular picks at the turn...#20/#21 or #24/#25...in fantasy drafts

thinking back to Monday night's Chargers-Colts game...it can be scary to have players from a team that has quit or shut down the season. The Raiders fall into that category now.

Jacobs will still get 20+ carries, but Adams and Carlson have low floor potential.

My 8-6 team that has lost Kupp and Lamar has made it to the title after taking out the #1 seed.

Starting Davis tonight.

I have 2 RB slots and 2 flex spots. But after losing Henry, only had 2 RB's left on my roster. (Walker and Fournette). No one is available for pick up...

Im good with my WR's flexing in if needed, but if Walker somehow doesn't go on Sunday, I am screwed for one of my RB slots.

So bumping Walker to flex and starting M. Davis tonight. Good matchup. Dallas O should roll (especially running game). Time of possession should favor Dallas and I don't see Zeke taking all the snaps when he has been splitting all year with Pollard.

Earlier in the year when Zeke sat out against Chicago, Pollard had 14 carries and Davis took 8....

Kid is averaging around 5 yards a carry. I'm talking myself into it, but rolling with it..........

If I get 8 points out of him I'll consider it an "ok" move.

Interesting, Latrobe... I follow you, but can't quite convince myself to do the same. I'm in a similar boat with Henry out (and my opponent has Zeke, of course), but at least I have Rachaad White to plug in there. The Titans' run D is decent but their secondary is hot garbage... at least I hope it shakes out that way since I'm starting Dak!

Not sure what I'm gonna do at WR - have too many decent to good ones but nobody who's projected for a great week: Waddle, Mike Evans, Christian Watson, Amari Cooper, Gabe Davis, Zay Jones

Waddle is usually great but wasn't in the games Tua missed earlier; Brady keeps throwing picks instead of hitting Evans; Watson & Cooper are both tagged as Questionable (and Cooper hasn't been great since Deshaun Watson returned); Davis & Jones are both boom or bust.

Need 3 counting the flex (0.5 PPR), since I no longer have any RB depth, unless I put Dallas Goedert there (starting Evan Engram at TE). Gonna have to keep an eye on the injury updates...

If there are no waiver wire options available, then I think it is a fine move. As you said, unlikely Zeke gets all the carries tonight. Good luck!

This Thursday night game will go a long way to determining my fantasy championship. Scoring is 0.5 PPR and 6pt per passing TD. I am currently a 5.5pt projection underdog. I have Schultz + Maher + Dallas DST projected for a total 25.5pts and my opponent has Dak projected for 21.5pts.

Best case scenario is at least one of Dak's passing TDs go to Schultz, I get a defensive TD, and a couple drives stall out resulting in Maher 40+ yard FGs (bonus for 40+ and 50+ FGs).
