Bingo! And what happened with Dalton after that season... he got a chance to compete for the starting job at a QB desperate team.

We are lucky to have a winning QB1. It's a bit unrealistic to think we can have two when each year about 10-15 teams don't have one.

Will be interesting to see how the rest of camp plays out, but as you said, Bland looks like CB4 at this point. Lot of pressure now on Joseph. A second year, second round draft pick should be pushing for a starting spot at this point, not getting passed by a rookie 5th rounder. Would like to see more progress from Wright as well, though I cut him a little more slack given some of the draft analysts had a 6th/7th round grade on him and we took him in the 3rd. And as mentioned, he doesn't have off field issues.

Chargers just paid Derwin James $19.1 million per year. Eesh, that's a lot for a safety!!! I know we've griped at Dallas for not prioritizing S in the draft, but I'm more than fine with guys like Hooker & Kearse as opposed to tying up tons of cap space for a safety.

I don't even want to think about what it's gonna cost us to pay Diggs and Parsons. Yikes bro!

Watson ban increased to 11 games. Still not even twice the ban that Zeke got after a psycho ex from his college days accused him of abusing her with zero evidence and police reports that said she was lying.

Wilson was accused of misconduct by 23 massagers who get together with the same lawyer and exhorted him.
Pressure from woman's rights group made Goddell cave. Zekes was bs too.

Now, for tonight's game ( if you want to call it that ) Lets just not get anybody hurt.

Yup, no injuries is key.

Not sure who is / isn't playing. If Dak gets any time he'll be thrown to dudes with 0 NFL receptions. Pretty sure Lamb and Brown are both out with minor injuries.

Coming into camp, both Hill and Bohana were questionable to make the team with the current DT depth. Those guys are on the team if you ask me. Playing well.

He's a mauler in the run game. Should really help in that aspect. Still need work on his hands, tends to get sloppy and hold guys still.

I want to see more of Grier in the 2nd half. Offense feels like it has more energy when he's in. Also feels like he has more zip on the ball than Rush

In general, I'm not a huge fan of pocket passer backups. They tend to be check down kings. Give me a guy that can do a little something with his legs.

What Kellen will lack in traditional WRs (until Gallop is 100%) he will make it up with weapons. We have a mobile QB with guys like Zeke, Pollard, Turpin, and Lamb who can all catch and run.

You throw in a TE that will probably catch 100 balls this year and there is no reason why we can't score points.
