I have never heard of the LSU RB just taken, he obviously didn't stand out to me. Hard to believe Spiller's production is being overlooked.

As an Aggie I love Spiller... but as the NFL goes he's too slow. Not saying he can't make it, but 5th round has felt more appropriate to me.
Zeke has one more year right?

Yes. One more year and they can cut him, which they almost surely will. Tony Pollard is up after this year too. So ideally you grab a RB this year, another next year, cut Zeke, and let Pollard walk because extending RB's makes no sense
Spiller would be awesome value in the 4th
So far they have filled the needs. If the team didn't need a WR and TE, getting Robinson (Bama RB) would have been nice in the third, but next year they can probably find a comparable RB.

I think we'll see them go after their TE. We have 3 5th rounders... not surprised one bit of we use one to trade up and get their preferred player.
Edit: Forgot how many TEs went day 2. Not that many left worth a 4th. I think Cade Otton from Washington is about the only one left that I've heard the Cowboys like.

Meh, nothing wrong with the player, but if they were planning to add a backup TE today, I would have rather seen them use one of their four 5th round picks for that. Given that they said that Smith would eventually kick out to tackle, I would have preferred that they use that 4th round pick on another interior O-lineman to develop so that they are ready to start at guard once Tyler takes Tyron's spot. Also would provide insurance if for some reason Tyler doesn't adjust to this level as fast as they would like.
I too hope they double dip on the oline and I think they will. Not mad at another WR either... I'm not sure that late round guy they drafted last year is gonna stick around. He didn't impress me much.
Jerry currently has someone printing out a color chart showing their TE pick graded above the other ones selected in the 4th round
And yet there is a difference in adding a jag and drafting someone that might actually be productive. There was a run on TEs so they probably felt like there wouldn't be one that they liked in the 5th.
Cowboys should bring in Wyd if he goes undrafted. He had 2-3 great years with Mond at qb.
Solid pick. I think he'll be a good #2 TE who will play some solid snaps for this team early on

Perhaps, but given the question marks they have on the O-line, I'd rather see them add depth earlier on day three than later. Jarwin was a UFA and Schultz was a 4th rounder, so I'm sure they could have waited another round to address backup TE.
