Why the runoff?
Because if the play had been called correctly on the field, it would have taken at least 10 seconds to get everyone lined up for another play.

Yea that's what I assumed. I just only remember seeing it called on a penalty or coach challenge. I don't remember it being assessed on a booth challenge.

Goff is a system QB. If the Cowboys can disrupt a few these plays then they'll be fine. The Rams have to run the ball to be successful.
