I'd also be curious if the trade agreements between teams have some sort of "advanced knowledge" clause whereby if a team has advanced knowledge of something relevant (i.e. injury, legal issue, etc.) and doesn't disclose or withholds from the trade partner, whether it can nullify the trade.
Even if it doesn't, Caserio would likely hold off because it'd be a huge reputational hit and likely make trades harder in the future if he makes this significant trade knowing information about Deshaun which could (possible likely) end in suspension.
