Tell the company that if they don't honor their bonus promise (absent bull**** excuses from corporate) tell them you will alert every local, state, and federal employment authority/agency to investigate the shenanigans. Be sure to tell them that it is in their best interest to pay you out... or pay everyone.
Sure... no one may get paid. However, the thought (threat?) of an agency/authority snooping around for wrongdoing may inspire them to pay up.
Strong-arming an employer? I don't care. They're people screwing other people.
