Additional language in the bill moves US 287 towards interstate status. As someone that uses US 287 on a regular basis, I am excited that the Democrats will use other roadways to avoid driving on the Donald J. Trump Highway. This is how you fix congestion!

Cornyn is also a suck ass doing this before the run-off election.

Yeah, he's a suck ass anyway. Never cared that much for him, but he was better than the alternatives at the times. Lost me forever with his gun law crap awhile back. Been in way too long. Go spend time with your grandkids, you're not for us anymore, no matter how much you pander to us as a Trump guy now.

But Cornyn votes 99% of th time with Trump. Unfortunately, those votes are when it ie either non controversial or doesn't matter as it is a large majority win or loss. When the vote is close on controversial bills Cornyn seems to always go against his "conservative roots," and it is worse when the presidency is not republican.

This is one of the most desperate yet trivial things I've seen from him. His internal numbers must be abysmal, and he's now fully in "con the rubes" mode.
I voted for Cornyn in the primaries as I thought he was the much better bet against Talarico. But the way his BFF Thune has slow walked the SAVE act is inexcusable. Can't wait to vote against him now.

This is great news hearing that people are waking up to the RINO nonsense and starting to adjust their voting habits.

Hopefully a lot more people do this so the GOP gets the message that we want conservative action, rather than a "team" win that does the same old nonsense.

I know this is a thread about Cornyn's desperation, but renaming things after currently serving politicians is a bad idea, and it doesn't matter who it is (I am a Trump supporter).

i have not seen any negative ads for Cornyn - am I just missing them because I mainly watch YouTube stuff? Seen plenty of Paxton is "bad "commercials but nobody is claiming them so I can't tell if the dem or cornyn sponsored
