Washington (state) has the 3rd highest Ukrainian population in the country. Corruption is a core value of Ukrainians/Russians alike, so I'd be shocked if this clown made his shipping money any more honestly than Mitch McConnell's in-laws did on the 'open market.'

Thx, I can't open insta links for some reason (probably an ad blocker issue or some such). Igor's gonna have some problems. I had no idea NOAA had agents who could arrest people. Didn't even make it out of SeaTac I guess, LOL.
