They've already eaten a lot of rocket attacks and it'll get far worse if this thing escalates and the "we won't attack civilian infrastructure" gloves come off. We're moaning about high gas prices, but Iran is threatening their homes, their economy, their water supplies, their lives.

All the more reason for KSA and others should be happy for us to remove Iranian hardliners. They now know they can lob bombs indiscriminately at them to get their way.
Also, to me the Saudi-Pakistani mutual defense agreement seems pretty toothless given all the attacks on KSA.

It's incredible. A couple donations to a presidential campaign a decade ago (Ellison wasn't even the biggest donor) is the smoking gun that the Secretary of State is bought and paid for by Israel and not just smartly choosing to work with our only ally in the region. I really appreciated Trump's sentiment on this issue at the time, then he took the bag and became an Addelson/Israeli puppet himself. Hilarious turn of events. The betrayal still stings a little though, thought Trump was different than all the others before him, turns out he's just a lackey and he's destroying the US just as Bush, Obama and Biden did.

I know some will try to pass it off as just another Trumpism thing but I don't think it is. As we continue to get stuck further into this quagmire of Iran, he probably thinks he is still doing a good job of it all. This post from him is just dumb and tone deaf. Maybe he thinks a military solution is still on the table?

Playing whack a mole on weapons in the desert isn't going to move the needle. We have months of proof of this. Does anyone think escalating to at least limited ground incursions is not the only real military option left? Going after civilian infrastructure is political suicide IMO. Then again, so is military escalation. Hence, the no good options left IMO. Along with many others thinking.

To be frank, I am ready for us to concede and just leave. I say that as the non President of course and only having to think of me and mine but that option has to be looking attractive more and more I would suspect. It would be a massive blow to our world standing but whatever, we've all but been beaten completely last several wars anyways and our foreign diplomacy and word has been a joke regardless. At least this way we don't bankrupt our children further and we may save more lives.
