Apparently the fear of this is polling well with Republicans in Texas, evidenced by every Republican saying they are against it and the proposition asking if the voters want a law against Sharia Law.
I don't see this boogie man as a big issue in the state. Is there a fear that some nutso judge is going to let Sharia Law trump Texas law? What is the big fear and why should I get it?
Have you not been paying attention to all the places where it starts creeping in despite the fact that no one wants it? Just pay off the right politicians to look the other way and before you know it you have a sharia law community with over 70000 people in it that you suddenly have to deal with.
Religions exemptions already have a place in the Supreme Court. Could SL be given the same?
No. We are not a theocracy.
No, I don't care what CNN or Miss NOW said this time
