I don't disagree at all. H1B program needs to be abolished with all of the visa holders sent home, or at the bare minimum seriously reformed/overhauled with much smaller caps and stricter rules and regulations that make it less susceptible to fraud and abuse from corporations and visa holders themselves

Pass one. Undo Cellar 1965. Something like the 1924 Chinese Exclusion Act. There is precedent. SCOTUS will wind up ruling but we need to get these folks outa here.

I like it. But the 1990 Immigration Act is what created this mess. That's the origin of these work visas like H1B used to replace American labor and what opened the floodgates to the third world. That's what needs to be in our crosshairs.

The "theory", or at least one theory, be batted about is over time they (Muslims) will have folks elected in both parties. Once they have enough they will be able to legally change the law to Sharia law. That's what I've read when I venture over to X.

I get the concerns about radical forms of Islam but how do you implement such a law (what will it say?) Will it just be broad (no Sharia Laws period), address the particularly offensive laws or just restate laws already in Texas law like murder and domestic battery?

Religions exemptions already have a place in the Supreme Court. Could SL be given the same?

The reason I asked where you're from is because it seems a lot further away when you're not exposed to it on a daily basis. You drive around here and see the Islamic neighborhoods and hot spots of where they've settled and realize that they are very much here and very much not trying to assimilate into our culture.

Under Sharia law the freeway speed limit cannot exceed 50 mph. I can't do that plus you can't buy alcohol on any day of the week with a "y" in the name. Vote no.
Can someone please define Sharia law for me? Does it specifically allow honor killings in general, or is there a list of things approved for honor killings? Does it just protect the husband's right to force a woman to wear a head covering or does it require head coverings?

I agree with the principle but the muslims have proven to be pretty violent and insane themselves. We have to be pushed a lot farther to become violent than they do.
