I don't think it takes a lot to rip off the Federal Government. I watched a documentary one time on 2 sisters that had a small business that sold stationary type supplies to the Federal government...One of the sisters screwed up an invoice once, added an extra zero on a bill to the government, and nobody questioned it and they got paid. So she did it again and again and again with ever growing amounts...Sometimes they weren't even filling an order, they would just send a bill and nobody would question it, the government would just pay it. It went on for years and they got millions of dollars before a new administrator came in at the IRS and changed some things and their business got audited...

What happened to the 85,000 IRS agents that were going to be hired? Maybe that wasn't such a bad ideal. Nobodies auditing these businesses that are taking government money?

TSA agents have been reporting the same for years. Procedure is to call security over who take down the passenger's information, amount of cash, destination then fill out a report. Nut apparently it is not illegal to take such large sums of cash out of the states, while it would be confiscated if they tried to bring it in.
