You do realize that work visas have time limits, and the visa holder has to go back to their home country if it expires. I dealt with a couple of H1B folks in a past job. They did what they were supposed to do and went back to their home country and applied for an extension from there.

Here's an idea and hear me out on this. Follow the rules or get yeeted out of the country. Dude was here on a tourist visa, your only allowed to stay up to 6 months not 84 months.

It's not that hard to understand. I figure anyone with an AG tag could understand this. Yet here we are having to reeducate those that don't understand the difference in a tourist visa, vs business visa, vs an employment visa, vs a study and exchange visa, vs a immigrate visa. Each one of the listed visas only allows the person to stay for X amount of time. 5 seconds on google could have saved myself and others precious minutes trying to explain the immigration law.

Still don't understand, maybe go to bluesky and cry with all the other liberals.

Every time I see someone complain about whatever illegal being sent home I just tell them it's the consequences of the person's choices and a democrat run open border look the other way asylum means anything policy.

Just because they are here now doesn't mean they get to stay.
