Is she here illegally? If yes, then she goes back to her country and can apply for citizenship. Can't make exceptions. There's a perfectly legal way to enter the country. Just ****ing do it!

My daughter is currently working in a different country on a 1 year work visa.

Guess what happens when her visa is up? Her options are apply for an extension, or leave the country.

Because the good old USA is the only country dumb enough to not enforce those kinds of laws.

Our company has to send people back and forth between foreign work location and home all the time. Sometimes just for a few days, because the host country had not extended their work visas, that were submitted six months ago. Other countries have strict rules to protect their citizens.

This was a no brainer for this person, and they knew the risk they were taking. They probably took the risk of the govt. not noticing them breaking the law vs. the cost of a round-trip plane ticket, 20 hours of paper work time and the cost of a 1 month apartment rental in their home country. This was a bad risk calculation on their part.

He has to have a SSN to work as a teacher, correct? Is the school district paying him in cash under the table?

Overstayed VISA - illegal
Social Security fraud in some form - illegal
School district participating in the fraud - illegal

Kick him out!

Assylum claims were not meant for law breakers looking to get away from their home countries because they didn't want to face justice.

This guy should have been back in Brazil in 2018 as soon as his tourist visa expired and it was determined there was no actual danger to him returning to his home country. Glad he'll soon be deported. He got seven more years here than he deserved.

I don't care if she was a teacher or a dentist. Gotta go.

Exactly. The stance the left takes on this one is ludicrous.

1) My wife was an actual teacher in Germany. 2) She's of Mexican decent like me. These things matter a ton to the social justice playbook. But in reality, they mean absolutely nothing.

Follow the rules or go home. And my wife (15 years ago) waited till the last damn day to get her visa extended ... and we were extremely lucky to get through the lines and resolved, or we would have been screwed.

And at no point did we blame the locals. Yep, the clerks moved as slow as the DMV, but the reality was it was my wife's fault for procrastinating. To this day, she talks about that with libtards and they just can't get their heads around taking personality responsibility rather than blaming someone else. Especially with point number 2.

So let's say hypothetically you have your house listed on AirBNB and I rent it for a week. That's what we agreed to in terms of time, money, etc. - 1 week.

At the end of that week I tell you to F off and just keep staying there, even though it violates our agreement and now is costing you money because you can no longer rent your house to others because I have violated the terms of our agreed rental time.

Meanwhile I'm still working and making money for myself and being "a good citizen". Say I'm a teacher.

I'm 100% sure you'd just shrug your shoulders and tell yourself that this is just the way things are and you'd go on about your life as if nothing has happened?

Let's admit, this is a problem. We still live in a 70s mindset where US was the top dog and we were really rich (not fake rich with the $38T debt) and we could afford to help others. Now we are beggars and foreigners come to our cities to rape us of jobs, products, land, houses, money etc.
