Tulsi was just on Fox this morning. The evidence is damning. Obama himself and his cronies in the admin helped manufacture fake "intelligence" that was used as the foundation for everything "Russia, Russia, Russia".

Now it's been handed off to the DOJ. This is the best shot I have seen in 8 years that something might actually be done to hold those responsible for treasonous acts accountable.

It isn't treason. It is sedition. Very distinct legal issue. Lower penalty but also not an exceptional legal threshold to meet. Other charges could be applied as well.

I'm pretty sure that due to the legal cases that Trump went through, Obama will be presumed to have immunity since he was POTUS when this occurred.

It seems like Brennan (maybe Comey?) is the easy target to go after since he in essence "continued" the conspiracy by constantly lying to news shows.

Unless they destroyed a lot of evidence we know that they knew it was false. The Clinton campaign paid a low 6-figure fine for their role in the hoax. There's text messages saying Obama wanted to be kept in the loop. An FBI attorney was disbarred for falsifying evidence. They planted a story in the corporate news media then told a judge that even the media was talking about the story. It's going to be really difficult to argue they didn't know it was a hoax with all of the publicly available evidence. Doesn't mean they won't try but everyone knows it happened.

Another special prosecutor appointment to conduct another two year investigation. I think this is being strung out in hopes that all of the people involved die of old age before any arrests can be made.
