I am not one to defend Trump or Clinton (all politicians are scum), but this is an example of why you need full context. That specific document appears to be submitted by Alan Dershowitz as evidence that the girl was lying. It was in response to claims she made about him. He submitted those statements (amongst others) as evidence that she will say anything without providing evidence. The emails she references that she will send were never sent and she later claimed to be hacked. All of that is left out of the X post, and it's why the Democrats never pushed these statements during the election.

That said, all the redactions are a bad look for the DOJ and basically costs them all their credibility. They would be better to release everything instead of these redactions that allow the Internet to fill in the blanks on their own.
