I only became deeply interested in the Epstein case because of the New Mexico connection. From reading the posts on this thread it appears that the individuals who down play the significance of failure to reveal all the files are those that are President Trump's strongest supporters. For the record, I do not believe there is any evidence that would incriminate President Trump. My reading of this topic,I cannot recall anyone who has suggested such. The Nassar, Swalwell, and Sandusky disgusting episodes have nothing to do with releasing the Epstein Files. There's clearly a motive for slow rolling files release. I believe Trump isn't protecting himself, he's protecting friends and friends of friends. He made strongly worded comments regarding releasing the files such as ""Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don't even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don't want their support anymore!"."

Earlier he explained his hesitancy to release documents as concern that good people could be hurt by phony information.

Trump couldn't care less about people getting hurt, UNLESS, it results in the loss of big donations for the ballroom or his library.

The majority of the billionaire class takes care of each other. They are neither liberal nor conservative. They are only interested in their personal financial interests.

While I certainly do not know if this is the case that has been my suspicion. That is why I find it strange that so many seem to fear President Trump being implicated. I do know that one of the purposes of the New Mexico investigation is trying to discover who knew what locally.
