Read above. The lawyers said they was going to be deported. Then some lady in the press office said they weren't. Now the lawyers in the case again said he is going to be deported.

Its not a matter of things changing, its as I described earlier. Listen to what it actually happening in the cases from the lawyers in those cases. Not the noise from some gal tweeting on her own without any official press release.

As for Garcia being released, you are thinking of the magistrate's ruling in the Criminal case in Tennessee. This is the Civil case filed by Garcia in Maryland.
