Yep. She is telling people to steal whatever they want and she won't prosecute them, but she is willing to prosecute anyone who doesn't allow the theft.

Moral reprobate.

She has such a strong moral compass and a devout understanding and commitment to the law.

It's why that accusations of her cheating on the mortgages is so unbelievable.

And how we know Trump is completely guilty of all his crimes she prosecuted.

She is no more virtuous and actually less discreet than a mob boss.

SCOTUS ruled in favor of the administration…stay extended through Thursday…

I bet they will just rule it moot on Thursday. Which is ridiculous that a Judge can order the executive to spend other allocated funds.

ETA as I was saying...

Each of these rulings are in favor of a stronger Executive… ultimately.

Dems have no concept that the farther they push, the more robust the snap back the other way.

By this time next year, there will be no more filibuster and a completely reworked judiciary.

Thank God.

For better or worse. At this point I am resigned to just cheer it on having faith that righteousness will prevail.

And lawd knows the Dems have always lacked any sense of righteousness.

Obama judge. Supremacy doesn't matter.

I am SURE this judge would have allowed Texas and Arizona to enforce immigration laws when Hussein wasn't doing it. Surely she's consistent.

You have the update on the Memphis area judge putting in a 5-day stay by saying the Tennessee governor overstepped his authority by requesting Trump deploy the guard in Memphis?

So in California, Washington, Illinois they say Trump cannot send in the NG has to be the governor. Now in Tennessee they say even the governor cannot.

I assume they believe only the judiciary can approve any action of the executive be it at the state or national level.

The poop slap heading towards the judiciary is going to be epic and deserved.

BTW - Newsome just reaffirmed he will pack SCOTUS if given the chance.

Tennessee state judge blocks National Guard deployment to Memphis

Quote:

A Tennessee state court judge temporarily blocked on Monday Republican Governor Bill Lee's deployment of National Guard troops to the city of Memphis, ruling that the use of troops was likely not legal under the state's militia law.

...

She ruled that crime rates in Memphis were not a "grave emergency" or "disaster" that would authorize Lee to send troops in his role as commander-in-chief of the state's military forces.

Her order blocks the governor from "continuing the activation and deployment of Tennessee National Guard personnel" pending further court proceedings. But it will not take effect for five days, to give Lee time to appeal.

...

The Memphis lawsuit, opens new tab seeks to stop the troop deployment based on Tennessee state law, unlike the rest, which are based on federal law and the U.S. Constitution.

I am just baffled by how these judges think. The law clearly grants the governor the power to do what he has done in the cases of grave emergency or disaster. What the judge seems to be saying is that state judges are better suited under that law than the governor (in whom the power is vested by law) to decide what those terms mean and what constitutes a grave emergency. I can't imagine that if you polled the population of the state that they would agree with that sentiment. A crime rate 344% higher than the national average and a per capita murder rate that is in the top five among major cities seems pretty dire and it is hard to figure why the judge would feel confident declaring +/- 225 murders per year (~6x the national average) is not a grave emergency. The stats are down since 2023, but they are by no means indicating that Memphis is "safe".

They think like leftists. Their ideas are terrible, they can't win elections without cheating so, and so they govern from the bench.

No better example than a judge ordering Trump not to clean the building that houses the majority of the POTUS's men.

So far the judiciary has prohibited Trump from cleaning up streets, enforcing laws, stopping illegal immigrants, firing insubordinate subordinates, washing building, adding a ballroom requested by previous POTUS for 150 years, from improving the Rose Garden to not be a mud hole, injunctions to cutting funding to fraudsters, and excluding hostile members of the press shown to be flat out liars, fiction tellers.

All in a bid to stop the King, only to turn around and lambast Trump saying he has sole authority and no one could ever possibly stop him from releasing Esptein "files".

Insanity, thy name is DemLibs.

If Trump sat on his hands for a week and did nothing some liberal judge would decide it was within their purview to invoke the 25th and remove him via court order offering an opinion that the cabinet members lack standing.

Nope! It's their entire strategy: oppose EVERYTHING. Create a suffocating quagmire that steals attention and resources. Force the Trump team to self-limit their efforts, spread them too thin to be effective, or force them to expand large enough to insert nefarious actors. The Bar Association will celebrate ANY of those results.

It's amazing the fight that a conservative has to endure to get legislation done. You gotta fight Dems, their media, Hollywood, Soros, their judicial control, and their voters.
