He doesn't actually run them like the single company CEOs do. He has Presidents who do the running and have them send him daily reports.

Trusted advisors and highly skilled assistants, deputies, etc.

Doesn't hurt to have generational intelligence, lots of energy and hundreds of billions of dollars. The dollars coming from the aforementioned characteristics.

All of it sounds pretty dangerous. I hope the man has people that can anchor him to reality and know how to keep him humble.

But the truth is, even if only 10% of Elons visions come to pass, our country has needed energetic visionaries back in the mainstream for a very long time. The next generation need to see people that think about big ideas and call people to believe in accomplishing big things.
