This is coverage of his first post inauguration speech. He will be traveling around town giving speeches at various separate gathering for at least the next 12-14 hours. Most will not be covered by media. This is all normal inauguration activity. He's taking time to travel around various support groups and thanking them for their support and entertaining them.
