The big question is are all those on the other side of the negotiation table going to bend over?

We will soon find out if these promises/initiatives are just a big stick to leverage for better compromises, or something that leads to disruptive stalemates.

Also, I thought his 2016 speech was better. Not enough scolding of deep state and corrupt politicians today.
