These people were not convicted and sentenced by Republicans. Satan's skin suit, Joe Biden, has decided to simply ignore the law, once again.

And the stayed reason he did it was so Trump couldn't execute them.

The law here is quite clear. The President's pardon power for past federal crimes is without limits. Biden could have let all these guys walk out of jail, and there would be nothing anyone could do about it as far as the federal court system goes (although many of them would be arrested and prosecuted in state court).

This is insane and should be addressed with a constitutional amendment, but that is a topic for a different discussion.

I fully get why people think Luiigi did a good thing. There are just as many on the right (online, at least) who think the same. However, no one with a brain cell or sense of justice sees what Biden did as a good thing.

Then again, I'm of the opinion that the person sentenced to death row should be on death row for as long as it takes to set up the electric chair. So, the person's time on death row should last all of a few minutes.

He literally promised to work to end the federal death penalty when he got elected. Nonetheless, the DOJ has pursued death sentences under his administration, and this action sends the message that some murder victims are more equal than others.
