It's because declaring State of Emergency gets some $$$. So we either need a separate term like "State of Civil Urgency" to avoid hysteria, or start auditing and setting an objective threshold on what constitutes an emergency.

Because Chevron, Marathon, Valero, Philips66, & PBF fleece the Californian market by selling them their super special blend of gasoline. The Californians also turn a blind eye to the "environment" because when any refiner's cant blend to grade they export the off spec product and dump it in Latin America.

Yes. The poultry industry already does it but there's little to no incentive for the dairy industry to do it and, as far as many dairy operators are concerned, the less they know about their cattle having it, the better. Cattle almost never die from the disease and while milk production drops, it doesn't go to zero, only lasts for a week or two, and returns to normal. I'm addition, the cattle are almost certainly immune once recovered. So why invite issues and concern from the government if you can just wait it out?

I hope he shuts it down, and even the liberals in cali resist, and forces the supreme court to rule that they aren't allowed to do these things, and then we can be done with it forever.

You really don't know a lot about Epidemiology do you ?? You should probably check The CDC guidelines
while your at it. It is standard practice after you have locked down your citizens like they are in
a supermax, to go into emergency executive meetings at The French Laundry and other Michelin 3 star restaurants. Only through consuming a 9 course meal followed by Cuban Cigars and Don Perignon can science be properly applied to save the worthless proles.

However, i am glad to see all the counter measures /defensive measures you are doing to avoid being a victim of the paratitic nature of Ca govt. on your finances. I fully support your take on climate change. Carbon is in a fight for its life and needs all the allies it can get. Sign me up in the war for increaed emissions!!

We have burn days.

Will call you when we burn wooden piles. We have about 8 really large piles this year. Will use gallons of diesel during a drizzle to burn them. It pleasures me oh so much to see black smoke rise over 20ft!. And these piles will burn for good 2-3 days. And release smoke.

Will have hoses and shovels ready and I'll be on my tractor to control the fire. We do **** in CA most conservative Texans dream of doing.
