I don't think it will be objectively better. What I expect, though, is that he only hires people that will never tell him "no". It will be chocked full of people who buy everything he's selling. So, if having only 'yes men' in your cabinet who will never disagree with you is better....then I imagine it will be a great cabinet. Madhura has this same method. I don't think a high sense of morals and duty to the constitution before the President will be prereqs. I would be nervous about this set up, but as far as getting things done that Trump wants, then this is the way to go.

Trump was great at foreign policy -- that was his strength

his personality / tough guy image is perfect for foreign relations

but many of those advisors and secretaries don't want to put the U.S. first
