I have consultations with patients his age every day and he is no different than a vast majority. They may know what they want to say or convey but the actual conversation is a meandering verbal journey that rarely results in clarity.

I think he has not helped himself with this presser, but I have no doubt those who have their mind made up on both sides of the equation will be reinforced in their opinion. Those who were waiting to see this to land on their decision is where the chaos will ensue.
