There are showing she has reason to lie. It seems like they've done a good job of showing that she doesn't care about the rule of law to get Trump. She said she doesn't care about going to jail, she won't pay him. She seems to think she doesn't have to pay him if he goes to jail here. It's not a far leap to say she'd be willing to lie about this whole thing, even under oath.

The first rule of Trump: Always play offense. I don't always agree with it, but it is highly entertaining. Maybe he will instead read excerpts from the hunter laptop, Steele Dossier, and Ashley biden diary. Who knows.

I actually feel bad for him today. And I'm sure it's no 'accident' the prosecution called her on a tuesday so there'd be a 24 hour break before defense gets to finish, but the propaganda fake news folks are gonna trot her headlines out as though she is some sort of Betsy ross/underground railroad heroine.

I don't do twitter so I accnot follow Inner City Press who is covering this trial. He's pretty good about getting a partial transcript of the what the lawyers and witnesses are saying. Very much more so than CNN's bloggers.

Robert Gouveia uses Inner City Press for his daily streams about the trial. So it should be more detailed with the all of the more salacious questions and answers from Stormy's testimony today.

Having skimmed this thread I have no idea what the charges are. Is this like that time he paid his bank loans in full, as agreed with interest and was prosecuted for that?

Agree. Now defense cross will be even longer since they kind of were caught flat footed for Stormy to be on the stand today. Yesterday, prosecutor informed the court they expected to take two weeks to finish their case in chief, which lead defense counsel to assume the star witnesses Stormy and Cohen would be closer to the end so most likely next week.

Going to be an intense preparation through the late hours of Wednesday night to get ready for Thursday.

I apologize if it was brought up earlier in the thread, but does anyone have the wording or a link to the election law the prosecution is using here?
