Kate spotted alive on Saturday visiting a farm shop to buy veggies so the Weekend at Bernie's theories can be put to rest.

My personal theory remains that ole baldy had an affair and Kate found out, got pissed off then had a mommy makeover with a tummy tuck. If she really had an illness requiring emergency surgery I would think they would announce it as that family is all about preserving their narrative with the public and they have never been afraid of going after the sympathy route.

William doesn't seem the type, and he picked Kate. It wasn't like Charles basically getting told to marry Diana when he was already interested in Camilla. I think it's more likely she had some issue and they just wanted privacy.

My boys and I have been thinking that she's been dead for a while and the Brits have been covering it up, possible decoy in effect

Her "abdominal surgery" and long recover is because she had a hysterectomy. From a pure logic standpoint, it makes some sense.

Hysterectomies today do not have that long of a recovery, minus major complications.

Definitely some smoke about an affair. UK tabloids ran stories about the rumors. Rose Hanbury, a married woman with ties to the Royal family and she looks like as much of a cold fish as Kate so Will definitely has a type if true.
