A friend recently had abdominal surgery at which time they discovered it was indeed cancer. They made sure he had 6 or so weeks to recover from the surgery before they started his cancer treatment; in the mean time, they conducted further pathology to pinpoint exact course of treatment.

This seems like a similar pattern. I hate this for her and her family. :-(

This sucks. The royal family does seem to be cursed.

She was a breath of fresh air for the stodgy royals, just like her Mother in law Diana was. I remember hearing about the Diana news. I was in College Station and went to Albertsons on University Drive/Texas Ave to get something. I saw some tabloids near the checkout with some salacious gossip about her affair with Dodi. I made the purchase and came home. An hour later, my room mate told me that Diana had died in a car crash.

In August, we visited London and Paris. I looked up where she died and took a look at the site.

We were at home just after my wife had our firstborn. I remember waking up to the news on tv. As it was Sunday, we just stayed at home and watched.
