She walks different, face is shaped different, she is too tall relative to William, not exactly sure that is him, pretty damn inconclusive.
The woman in the screenshot of that video sure looks like Kate to me. If she isn't dead and clearly isn't gravely ill what's the story? Why doesn't she attend a public event or speak to the media on camera? Just odd which makes me think there is some kind of issue in their relationship and are possibly splitting up.
