Terrorist wants to blow up Rainbow Bridge (mid bridge for most damage, see Ukrainian attack on Crimea bridge), panics, tries to run through border guard booth (incoming to US, no line) looses control of vehicle. Smashes into booth causing a "gasoline" explosion.
