I received mine about a week after it was available at a CVS/Walgreens.
Least shocking post I will read today...

Truly the bottom story of the day.

My doc asks every time if I want covid, flu, and shingles vaccine. Nope, nope, and nope every time. I'm done with all of them.
Why no flu or shingles vaccine? No more tetanus shots?
There are people here who have said they would rather they, and their kids, get tetanus, and every other preventable disease, than take any kind of "big pharma poison."

The WuFlu broke a lot of people, and not just the Covidians.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

If you want, you can have all of mine too. I have no use for any WuFlu shot since the day they came out so all are still available.

I took the Shingles shot before covid hit. It was tested for many years before approved

Never took a covid jab and will never take another flu shot. Will take my chances with my immune system. If I get the flu again, I will treated as in the past.
Why would you avoid the flu vaccine? If I can avoid the flu, I'm going to try.
The only time I ever got the flu was the one year I got the flu shot, never again my friend.

Everyone is different. The one year I didn't get the flu shot is the one year I got the flu and it was brutal.

But at least the flu shot has been fully tested and approved for decades

Why do I need a shot for a cold that is 1/10th the strength of the flu?

Because you voted for it.

Most people no longer know anyone who is getting very sick with covid. A lot of people take the flu shot every year because they always know people who get bad cases of the flu. Aren't seeing that as much with these strains of covid.
I've seen a few articles stating it's hard to tell the difference between covid and allergies.

I'm on my 3rd round of actual covid since 2020, and besides losing my sense of smell for 1 week the first time, it's been a cold / sinus infection all 3 times. Why the hell would I get a booster?

Viruses are the same as any other organism on earth. Survive and procreate. Killing your host is bad for business.

Exactly. This has been the expectation from the very beginning of Covid. The only way Covid is suddenly going to turn deadly and start killing large numbers again is if the Chinese release a new and improved weapon...err I mean strain...of the virus in time for the 2024 elections.
