My guess is OP is still young and idealistic without any real experience in the real world and how things actually work and just parrots a bunch of theoretical nonsense he sees on social media.
He's a bit arrogant in his approach but after reading all his comments (not jus the first few), he makes some good points IMO.

And only the brain dead think this is something new, or that their guy isn't part of the problem. The fact is, this is the same as it's ever been.
Just more of it.
In the past it was a few cans of coke.
Now it is the never ending soda fountain.

I saw the best bumper sticker on a truck the other day that said "Re-elect no one."
Right on!

If idiots didn't re-elect politicians that have actually changed things, and not just doing things for the likes, this country would be in a much better place.
Yep
Politics of relativism destroyed that.

Big John Wayne Cornyn sucks, but Elizabeth Warren veteran on a motorcycle was not the answer.

At least I don't support the party of segregation, and the klan.
Presumably you're making the old "Democrats are the real racists" argument. For one, I never spoke in favor of the left except for saying they had the decency to openly declare themselves an enemy.

But your statement is exactly what I'm talking about with conservatives being beholden to the liberal framing of issues.

You're trying to win the contest of "being the least racist" while your country is being flooded with immigrants and your children are being made a racial minority in the country their forefathers built. You are worse than the left, because you're not just an enemy, you're a traitor.

There is no scenario where the left ever has any decency. They choose the path of degenerate scum bag at every possible turn.

Republicans wouldn't cooperate?

Yes. Republicans had majorities in the House and Senate in 2016-2017. They blocked Trump's border funding. Then when they lost the House in 2018, Trump tried to pull money out of the DoD budget using his executive powers which got tied up in court. So yes, when the Republican Congress had the legislative power to fund the wall, they refused to do it.
So, the unified opposition from Dems wasn't a problem, it was a few Rs that didn't go along? Must be nice to exonerate your side completely when a few of them supporting bills would have done the trick.

Illegal immigration, at least what we're seeing NOW, is NOT about labor. It isn't even about votes, not directly anyway.

It is about human trafficking. Whether it is cartels buying politicians or the so-called elite and powerful that benefit from it themselves, those in Washington don't want to do anything about it because doing something will harm them financially or otherwise. It is also about creating a permanent welfare state.

This is NOT a Republican problem except for the fact that Republicans aren't saying anything about it.

Illegal immigration MAY have been a labor related issue, to some extent, 20+ years ago, but not now. Calling it one now is useful idiot territory (or trying to deflect the issue from the real problems).

The CBP preferring Republicans to Democrats is like preferring slow acting poison to cyanide. That's not the point, though. I'll make a new thread later with simpler, more focused points that will be easier to discuss.
How do I know you don't know what you're talking about without you actually saying it? That's how.

Have you EVER watched the head of Border Patrol and the head of the Border Patrol Union openly oppose an administration's actions? That would get you canned or given a not so subtle warning in the past. This is so wide open they don't care anymore. What do your friends and acquaintances in CBP say about administrations and their differing border policies?
