What policy? The guy doesn't have a policy record. Right now he's promising you everything knowing damn well he won't be able to actually fulfill
"Policy" means plan. Not record. He is not claiming to have a record, but he has a clear plan that he is communicating to you, without any waffling.
"Knowing he won't be able to fulfill" is your conjecture. Basically something you pulled out of thin air.

His "policy" was to donate to Hillary for President 2016.
Even if I believed he has had a sincere change of heart and means the words coming out of his mouth, he doesn't belong anywhere near the levers of power so soon after his "conversion". We should be selecting nominees with, at a minimum, a track record of supporting the policies they now advocate. Grassroots work, block walk, serve as a precinct captain, a state convention delegate. Run for school board, state legislator even. But no way in hell should we be putting faith in a guy as nominee for president who didn't give a sh_t about politics until two elect cycles ago, and even then, was financing the opposition.
