I don't think so. He couldn't get his feet under him until they pulled him up enough to do so.

As someone with mobility problems who needs something to help pull myself up from sitting on the floor, I recognize the signs.

I cannot fathom the level of stupidity on the POTUS detail and the AFA to have that bag there like that.
