Seriously? Most laws Congress passes are on very weak Constitutional grounds based on the 9th and 10th Amendments. Obamacare was a blatant violation but became law because the SC didn't have the guts to strike it down.FireAg said:

Roe was a horribly written decision with no legislation to back it up, it was literally just dreamed up by Blackmun. I have zero confidence that an abortion law passed by the Congress and signed by Trump gets overturned, I'd be shocked to see that happen actually.
