Crenshaw helped the false narrative of the Capitol police officer that was not killed by protesters! Anyone heard him denounce this false narrative!

Ted Cruz at least walked back his domestic terrorists comments but even he was too willing to go along with the false narrative!

McConnell and McCarthy were perfectly fine with the false narrative!

Nikki Haley and Trey Gowdy spent an entire radio show trashing Trump for what he caused on Jan 6! Nothing negative on the democrats!

I expect the democrats to be the lying leftists they have become ! What's apparent now is how much the GOP are in it with them! Worse are the alphabets!

Look at the end of the day the way it appears to a lot of average citizens that there is at least a two tier justice system in this society. This is one of the most common symptoms of an unhealthy society. I certainly believe that I wouldn't have the same access to justice/fair trial/due process/etc. in DC or the SDNY. I'd be an absolute fool to think that. In any city with a so called Soros DA I'd be crazy to think that as well.

I've seen, quite literally first hand, here in Dallas County when that happens. Sheriffs and court officers won't intervene in misdemeanors or felonies because it won't get prosocuted but will threaten their job. It's not a societal breakdown of law. But it isn't a healthy way for society to function either.

What legal recourse does the state have? They are not a party to this issue. Any attorney want to speak to what a state could actually do in these particular cases?

My brother-in-law is a pretty prominent criminal defense attorney…

Per his description of this case, Chansley had no shot of winning this case in DC… The Govt and the media stacked the case against him…

It was trial by media, and he was the scapegoat du jour…

According to my BIL, he did the smart thing by pleading guilty…

Because of this video, we see he was no terrorist, just a wacky guy who the Govt pounced on to embarrass 45…

Chansley has a pretty good chance of release, and a pardon via the next Republican POTUS….

Wouldn't want to have to endure what he went through, but after all is said and done, he'll probably be OK financially…

Heck, I'll contribute to his GoFundMe…

There's video of him chumming it up with police inside. There's video of him telling fellow protestors to be respectful and that they have a right to peacefully assemble. Now there's video of him being escorted around by police, opening doors for him. He clearly wasn't armed and didn't lay hands on anyone.

But his coerced guilty plea resulted in a four year prison sentence and Marxists pretend he's the leader of a fake deadly insurrection. America-hating communists are defending their brave and honest benevolent overlords in the government, but it's hard for anyone who sees what's happening with criminals for (d)ifferent crimes- not being pursued or prosecuted for violence, reduced sentences for violence, immediate release for violence, etc. supposedly in the name of equity in the prison population, and this will just never be right.

Not believing that Sydney Powell had a Kraken to release re: dominion does not mean dnc and feds didn't collude with fb, google, and Twitter to commit the biggest election interference in our history (because they did). It also doesn't mean a staple of democracy- a government in which the people choose who governs and represents them- and sign of the "most secure election ever" is mailing millions and millions of ballots, unsolicited, to insecure and hacked voter reg rolls and NGOs using databases of registered voters who don't vote and donor funds to get people to go collect the ballots and drop them in insecure boxes and be scanned by machines without signature verification configured properly or adjudicate millions of them to achieve desired outcomes.

-Daniel Rodriguez admitted to tazing officer Fanone while he was being beaten by the mob and plead guilty.

Jacob Chansley left a note for pence stating, "it's only a matter of time. Justin is coming". He also plead guilty to his charges.

-People aren't being held without charges or having basic rights denied. Many of 700 plus charged are out on bond right now. People are apparently finding out that it sucks to be in prison.


Are you unable to acknowledge what your own eyes just saw in the video. This "insurrectionist" was escorted through the capitol in a very orderly and coordinated way. Political forces were in control here the whole time. That puts everything into question, the prosecutions the confessions, everything.

He literally pled guilty to obstructing and official proceeding and took full responsibility for his actions. He admitted to unlawfully entering the premise and refusing to leave after being told to do so by police.

Here's an actual quote from him

Please link the source of this quote. The reason I am interested in the source is because I want to know the date he said it, and from that date I want you to subtract 1/06/2021. As mentioned previously, we have the video proof of the cop planted the drugs on him and he was held that many days wondering if he would ever be charged.

5) Multiple reports have shown that the injuries to capitol police were either a heart attack or very minor scuffles with who knows who those people were.

6) The people who have been charged have not had basic rights such as a speedy trial, held without charges, or any other basis rights we have as citizens. These are political prisoners.

7) Democrats continue to blow the whole thing outta proportion of how it was the worse attack on the US since 9/11 to make sure it stays fresh on everyone's mind and pushes a narrative.



-there is plenty of video of people actually breaking windows and doors to gain access to the capital (that's how Chansley initially entered the building. Through a busted door).

-provide some evidence of Democrats planting people to incite riots. Not just some pipe dream because you don't want to admit the pro trump crowd was violent.

-Daniel Rodriguez admitted to tazing officer Fanone while he was being beaten by the mob and plead guilty.

Jacob Chansley left a note for pence stating, "it's only a matter of time. Justin is coming". He also plead guilty to his charges.

-People aren't being held without charges or having basic rights denied. Many of 700 plus charged are out on bond right now. People are apparently finding out that it sucks to be in prison.


Are you unable to acknowledge what your own eyes just saw in the video. This "insurrectionist" was escorted through the capitol in a very orderly and coordinated way. Political forces were in control here the whole time. That puts everything into question, the prosecutions the confessions, everything.

He literally pled guilty to obstructing and official proceeding and took full responsibility for his actions. He admitted to unlawfully entering the premise and refusing to leave after being told to do so by police.

Please link the source of this quote. The reason I am interested in the source is because I want to know the date he said it, and from that date I want you to subtract 1/06/2021. Because that is how many days he was detained (mostly without charges filed). As mentioned previously, we have the video proof of the cop planted the drugs on him and he was held that many days wondering if he would ever be charged.

Some of the republican leadership supported this fraud because they feared/disdained Trump and the fraud hurt him. They chose the lesser of the two evils (in their minds). Simple.
