So as I understand it that reddit poster said Xana and Ethan were killed first and then Kaylee and Maddie? So who was the "target" Xana? Or Ethan?

Extradition hearing is tomorrow and Kohberger has indicated he will waive extradition and sign off on it. Then it is up o the Idaho authorities to transfer him. They have no announced what their plans are for that yet that I have seen.LisaMarie said:
Sorry if this has already been answered, but when will he be back in Idaho (and more information released)?
Really? That's dumb. Get him off the PA raxpayer's dime and back to Idaho ASAP would be smarter.Bluecat_Aggie94 said:
Legally they have 10 days. I would hope they are there and ready the moment PA gives them permission.

In the Reddit link it posted the evidence against him:
DNA found at the house.
Car in the video is his.
Bluetooth record from car speakers in the area of the crime.
It is like he did the crime and wanted to get caught. He is a doctorate student of criminology, such mistakes don't make sense.
I was in Singapore for several months during the height of covid and you had to have an app that tracked you all the time on your phone and if you were in Bluetooth range if any other phone for more than 15 minutes it logged you as a close contact so if you came down with the rona they could round up whoever you were in contact with. Effing scary.

'You come in here and I'll cut you,' Kohberger allegedly yelled at one guard. 'I'm going to pee on your face. Do what you want with me, I don't give a s**t.'

She said he repeatedly lifted his shirt and she heard the guard tell him several times to put his pants back on. She believes he was trying to expose himself to her.

At one point he yelled out '**** my enemies and foes,' a line from Lil Wayne's Multiple Flows. He also sang violent and misogynistic lyrics from Bad Bunny songs, she said.
At one point Cipollina said the jailer who was stationed outside Kohberger's cell told him to shut up and calm down, to which he replied, 'Come on in motherf***er. You come in here let's talk.'
'He then screamed at the top of his lungs: 'Come in all of you. You scared of me? You should be scared of me.
'You're going to do nothing to me because I'm going to cut all of you up,' he allegedly ranted. 'Come into this cell and I'll show you I'm a creeper. Come in this cell and I'll cut you up too.'

Sounds like a bunch of made up BS by a crazy lady booked on a domestic violence charge.
I am told this is totally false. It was a different inmate in the jail that exposed himself. And a different inmate screaming. Not Kohberger.

That would be way out of character for a guy who's clearly preparing for his moment in the sun. He'll be silent and cooperative with all law enforcement and play his games through the legal process.

Completely disagree. Doesn't fit.the usual profile, of which as a doctoral student he would have been well aware.Quote:
He's a criminology masters student who apparently is obsessed with this stuff. The 1st act are the murders. His 2nd act will be his defense. Not saying he'll act outlandish but I'm betting he thinks he can beat this due to his education, planning, etc. Which is why him acting like a nut in PA state jail prior to extradition doesn't make sense.
NO FEED OF EXTRADITION HEARING: PA court officials have clarified the rules for Tuesday's extradition hearing for #Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger.

PA says a pool feed will show him inside the courthouse, but not inside the courtroom.

E911 has GPS information, just because they say they don't track doesn't mean they really aren't (ATF digital records say hello)... Just so you know they can probably triangulate them if there's more than one tower connected (likely in 99% of the US with a decent population). Don't forget Wifi/device locating.themissinglink said:I'd be curious to know how precise the cell phone data they have is. If it's based on cell phone tower data, I don't think they can see more than the fact he was is the Moscow, Idaho which it doesn't sound like is uncommon for a WSU student. If they got access to his apple/Google GPS data, it would be much more accurate.MsDoubleD81 said:

The criminology student accused of slaying four University of Idaho students had stalked his alleged victims before the November murders and wore gloves in a supermarket weeks afterwards, according to a new report.
Cellphone data shows that Bryan Kohberger, 28, was often in the same location as the three sorority sisters and one of their boyfriends before he allegedly slashed them to death as they apparently slept at an off campus house, a source close to one of the case's investigators told The Daily Mail.
This is sooooo creepy!
The gloves thing is a weird, but considering it's cold in Idaho during Nov/Dec, the middle of cold/flu/COVID season, and he's supposedly very OCD, it's much easier to explain away.

All new phones sold since December 31, 2003 are GPS-capable, which means there's a chipset in the phone that will help provide location information to a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) when someone calls 911. The phone is not a stand-alone GPS device. It doesn't support or initiate any kind of individual tracking capability. The location-determining capability becomes functional only after calling 911 when the network is prompted to determine the phone's location using our network and the GPS technology.
