This is one of my favorite objections. That the FBI took pictures of the actual documents instead of just the boxes they found them in.

If Hillary and the Biden's are not going to be held accountable for any of their known transgressions, then most of us don't give a **** about a petty argument over some docs that were locked up at Trumps estate.

The only time something like this happened before was with Nixon vs GSA but this was over government records that were embarrassed to him, not top secret docs. And he lost the case.

He declassified them. So your premise is arguable while you assume he stole them.

But even if it turns out his declassification privilege doesn't cover this scenario....i don't care.

Secret bathroom servers, quid pro quos in Ukraine and China, f'ing Chinese spies while on the Homeland Security Committee... It goes on an on and on so forgive me if I can't get upset about a few documents locked up in Trump's mansion. It frankly doesn't matter.
