perhaps. Rumors I've seen speculate that it wasn't someone as closely tied to a justice but instead someone that happened to have access to the draft. Some other type of staffer that saw it, didn't like it, and went to the press. If it was this Jain guy, he may have laundered it a bit.TxTarpon said:A person called Amit Jain clerks for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

As a Yale student, Jain blasted Yale for supporting Brett Kavanaugh's nomination.
Jain was quoted in a 2017 Politico piece by Josh Gerstein.
Today, Gerstein published the draft SCOTUS opinion on Roe.

Probably not a smart move for that guy to tweet out an actual name, not knowing anything for certain. Things like this can bring out some bad characters that will target people on a whim of suspicion.
I have a feeling there is more known than is said in that tweet. Probably not enough to go to press at a real news agency, but it is not exactly a secret.Texaggie7nine said:

Agreed. Emotions are spilling over. This is exactly the type of issue that will bring out the mentally unhinged.

Waaah someone named names. That's so irresponsible.
After 4 years of russian collusion lies and ukrainian phone call lies.
The left can burn in Hell.

My stance on abortion has changed dramatically. I never agreed or supported it, but thought that was a decision with consequences to be sorted out between God and the individual. However with the way the leftist have been codifying legalized baby murder (infanticide), I say ban it. All of it. I understand there are certain situations where it might be necessary, but the stats are so astronomically low, it's not worth trying to define such subjective situations.

From @POTUS - "I directed my Gender Policy Council and White House Counsel’s Office to prepare options for an Administration response to the continued attack on abortion and reproductive rights ... We will be ready when any ruling is issued." #SCOTUS #Roe

If there's not thorough criminal investigation into who leaked privileged documents from the United States Supreme Court then we live in a clown show state.

For Perspective: The FBI sent 15 people to investigate a garage pull.
"Reproductive rights." What a misnomer and intentionally so. They're literally saying terminating the reproductive process is a reproductive right. It's like saying the the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness should be inclusive of the rights to kill, enslave and torture.Rapier108 said:Might be headed for another "The Supreme Court has ruled, now let them enforce it."will25u said:From @POTUS - "I directed my Gender Policy Council and White House Counsel’s Office to prepare options for an Administration response to the continued attack on abortion and reproductive rights ... Because they are godless and instead derive their morality from legality. Introducing legal asymmetry exposes the weakness of their position and immediately condemns those who have had abortions (directly for those in red states and indirectly for those in blue states).Pole Assassin said:Nitro Power said:

That's fine, but a national ban on abortion would be a much more extreme position than what overturning Roe will accomplish.
That's what's hilarious about this. Leftists in California and Oregon and NYC will see no impact on their ability to kill babies at all. They just can't tell you what to do in Texas and Florida anymore...and they're losing their minds over it

This excerpt from Yahoo News sums up the whole problem and the fallacy of the pro-abortion argument:Quote:
women across the country may find they have lost the right choose how or when they are pregnant.
It's not how and when you get pregnant, it's how and when you get un-pregnant.
I remember not getting anyone pregnant.GeorgiAg said:CanyonAg77 said:
Condoms are cheaper than abortion. Saying "no" is free.
Even the poorest and dumbest out there realize unprotected sex leads to babies. If abortion is taken away, they will switch birth control methods.
I have no idea why you persist with the assertion that people cannot change behavior
You were a teenager? Do you remember what it was like? Dumb and full of hormones.
