I'd like to think that hopefully by releasing the draft in hopes of pressuring some justices to change their vote, it only hardens their convictions and the votes stay the same.

perhaps. Rumors I've seen speculate that it wasn't someone as closely tied to a justice but instead someone that happened to have access to the draft. Some other type of staffer that saw it, didn't like it, and went to the press. However with the way the leftist have been codifying legalized baby murder (infanticide), I say ban it. All of it. I understand there are certain situations where it might be necessary, but the stats are so astronomically low, it's not worth trying to define such subjective situations.
