Ah, that would make more sense, I guess. As Kansas Kid pointed out, even a small reactor would make too much power for a family to use.

The only thing that changed was the rate of phase-in between 2027 and 2032. The target in 2032 is the same, but the pace that automakers have to follow to increase fleet size of EVs is relaxed in 2027 and 2028, but steeper in 2031 and 2032.
