Concur. For all the talk of equipment being lost or funds being diverted into the pocket of Ukrainian oligarchs there is ample evidence tat the Ukrainians are putting it to good use against. Dollar for dollar the funding being spent by the US on the war in Ukraine is more effective at deflating the Russian expansionism threat that any other dollas spent since the beginning of the Cold War. Charlie Wilson's War doesn't come close.
