This is bad. IIRC external power is necessary to help keep cooling pumps going in event of malfunction. There are backup diesel generators but no telling how much fuel the bastages have stolen there.

Here is Scott Ritter's take on the Uke's counter offensive. He's a contributor to RT and is basically the Kremlin's Tokyo Rose in this conflict.

Summary: The Ukes just sent 6000 of their own men to their deaths because they're savages who don't value human life. Meanwhile, the noble Russians withdrew their troops to preserve life and will reclaim all the lost territory in the next 2-3 days now that the Uke offensive is out of gas.

Oh, and for the record: he's also a convicted pedophile.

Likely want to do urban at night since they have shown an advantage at night against the Russians from the beginning of the war. It they can get rid of the Izyum forces, they will shorten their front versus giving a chance for Russia to dig in and move forces to try and break through.
