Understand but it doesn't matter, this is not the first time Russia has asked / said this of the US, UK, etc. in the past 30 days
It just shows their level of complete incompetence. Day 1 they should have leveled that military training complex near Lviv, established control of all major highway entry points from Poland, smashed all operational military airfields in the west and deployed anti-air forces to keep any non-Russian planes from entering Ukraine airspace from the west.
They are a 3rd rate military at best. That new tanks, artillery, weapons, anti-tank and anti-air weapons systems or supplies of ANY kind are entering the country to aid Ukraine shows the Russian army and air force to be completely incompetent.
At this point Russia can literally send every tank they have in their army and every single one will be destroyed as Ukraine will have 3x or 4x more anti-tank missiles than Russia has tanks. The Russian air force has some really cool and pretty looking planes but they can't establish air superiority and are running out of smart munitions. There has not been ONE 24 hour period of an overwhelming show of force and 1000s of sorties by the Russian air force to knock out Ukraine C&C and strategically target infrastructure needed by the Ukranians. They can't protect their planes in the air as their defensive weapons systems are not good enough and they are not coordinating with ground forces to pin down Ukraine soldiers with MANPADs, etc., etc.
